Outfit Journal: Modern Audrey

There really is a correlation with having your hair done and all being right in the world. Last weekend, I stepped the fuck out after a long hiatus off of social media, including my beloved blog.

I am glad to be back and eager to get the creative juices flowing with another outfit journal post! I went out for dinner with my friend the other day and finally got a chance to wear my Chanel two piece that Ive been saving for a while. I wore just the top last year with a Jaded London bubble skirt and Staud boots which gave me a young and fresh look.

This look however is a style I rarely do: simple and elegant. I know it sounds bad, but that just isn't my aesthetic. I really like distressed denim, vintage t-shirts, tall boots, and crazy jewelry. But this time I went simple and I actually really liked my look.

I paired my Chanel set with these Lanvin heels I got over a year ago. I never wore them till now. I bought them for the incredible price of ¥3900 ($25 ) and even though they were a size smaller than my usual size I still bought them and they ended fitting perfectly!

I completed the look with this cute Gucci vanity bag. It is my new favorite bag to carry around and I also picked up another of these in black. I think my bag shopping for the year is finished because I am finding every opportunity to wear this bag OUT.

I went for no overstated jewelry so the look could remain simple and clean. I really felt so girly and dainty walking out the streets of Ginza.

Dinner was at this Greek restaurant, it was really disgusting so I won't even share the name 😭
